At Columbia Sports Cards, we want you to be fully satisfied with your apparel and gear. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in original packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items.

  Ship Your Package

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the clothing.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our team inspects the returned merchandise, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
